Ever wanted to scale Nelson's Column but been put off by the thought that the wind might spoil your hair do? Well, fear not, for you can get equally impressive views of the city from this spa and in fine weather or when someone accidentally pushes the button, the glass roof of the pool slides back in true James Bond fashion. Although small, this deluxe spa punches above its weight, managing to offer a vast list of treatments, including exclusive facials by Christian Dior. Top tip: go on a sunny day, when you can make good use of the pool and the sunbathing terrace.

This is an certainly an amazing place, purely for the fact that the roof slides right off to reveal a swimming pool that overlooks Hyde Park. I really enjoyed it, but wasn't overly keen on the attitude of the staff.
