Set over three floors, with wall frescos in the treatment rooms and natural elements of wood, marble and stone all around, this London day spa is both luxurious and modern and takes just a little inspiration from a traditional Roman spa. Treatments focus on re-balancing both the mind and body, but Illuminata also has a unique Relaxation Sound Therapy Room (the only one in the UK). Within the room you can chill out, while sound vibrations enter the body through a special mattress and calm, whilst also balancing natural energies. In the private exercise room you can book for Yoga, Do-in or Tai Chi, or you could even arrange to see the resident make-up artist for a quick make over before you leave.
