Jaded? Listless? A general feeling of 'urrrrgh', for want of a better word? Then look no further than Le Kalon Spa. It may be small but it is perfectly formed: Ottomanesque decor, lashings of marble, scores of tealights flickering in the shadows, generous use of wood, chaise longues on which to recline. The star treatment is undoubtedly the hammam, complete with gold taps and marble pillars. As the steam pours into the room, and as your muscles unknot, you could be in Istanbul. After the mint scrub, your skin will be smooth and sparkle like dawn sunlight on the Bosphorus. Other highlights include the Karen Herzog oxygen facial, which A-listers swear by.
