If you want a taste of a traditional Turkish Steam Bath, then this place is well worth a visit. This hands on, no frills public Spa, offers an authentic spa experience with two steam rooms, three dry heat rooms and a proper cold plunge. Post heat, spa treatments such as massage and wraps are available. Many of the treatments take place while you lie on a marble slab in the body scrub room. Great for girlie groups, but if you want the full on Turkish Steam experience, bear in mind most people go naked, you can however; wear a swimsuit if you feel more comfortable. There are also separate days for men and women, plus one mixed.

A good place, but it's very much no frills. If you're looking for an authentic (but pretty basic) Turkish Steam experience, then this is certainly the place for you. If however, you're after an exclusive pampering session, then look elsewhere.

Hard to score because it's one of a kind. Diamond geisers' haunt (you'll see some off-beat celebs there) meets Mittel Europa, meets municipal swimming baths. Nothing else quite like it in London.
