This is no ordinary department store spa. Reach the fifth floor (where the spa is located) and it’s easy to forget that you’re in Harrods. All plush and pampering, this is a huge (25,000 sq ft), modern, luxurious space, that offers a vast range of treatments- from manicures and pedicures in the beautiful Nail Garden, to more unusual healing massages and facials – you name it and it’s on the treatment list. At the Medi spa you can even book in for semi-medical procedures like Botox, facial fillers, skin peels and laser treatments. There’s also a special foot clinic to deal with all sorts of foot problems. If you’re feeling peckish, drop by the Urban Retreat Café for some wholesome food and snacks, then head back to the spa for even more pampering.br />Spa Features:

This place just seems to have it all. Not only is it conveniently located in Harrods, but it's also vast, restful and beautifully designed too. It provides all the treatments that you could possibly want, including semi-medical procedures. I absolutely love this place for the convenience and the quality of the treatments. I recommend the healing massages.
