Once inside the spa (located at the end of a corridor lined with hotel bedrooms), you are quickly ushered into the modern and stylish relaxation suite, where you get the chance for a pre-treatment chill out. Lay on a comfy couch, sipping cranberry juice until you’re ready for your treatment. In order to relax further, you can book in for pampering in the thermal suite, complete with salt grotto, steam room and herbal sauna. The Grosvenor is the only spa to offer Valmont (a luxury Swiss skincare brand) and Sundari (an Ayurvedic inspired brand created by the supermodel Christy Turlington) so these treatments are well worth checking out.
